About Us

 

Northamptonshire Third Sector Office (NTSO) – Who are we? What do we do?

 

Through on of our key strands, we provide support to the 4 Local Infrastructure Organisations (LIOs). Council for Ethnic Minority Communities (CEMC) the specialist infrastructure organisation and the YMCA, the Youth specialist infrastructure organisation.

 

Through the support of infrastructure services, we want to enable the delivery of high quality, equitable and sustainable services locally.

 The working relationship between NTSO and infrastructure organisations enables us to consult, co-ordinate and implement strategies with other partners such as government agencies.

A good example of this would be the Local Area Agreement (LAA), where we are helping to co-ordinate and integrate the third sector into the key priority cross-cutting themes.

We also deliver community projects and services that help to improve the quality of lives for vulnerable people in Northamptonshire.
